This platform combines deep liquidity access, market intelligence, and hands-on expertise to support trading and growth across market cycles.

About the Role

We are hiring a DeFi Trader to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing improvement of automated trading strategies across decentralized exchanges and blockchain networks. This role can be based in London, Zug, or the United States, subject to location preference and work authorization.

You will work with advanced trading infrastructure, broad access to on-chain liquidity venues, and a specialized internal DeFi team to build strategies spanning liquidity provision, proprietary trading, and yield-focused approaches. A strong focus on risk is essential, including the ability to identify, analyze, and model the unique and evolving risks present in decentralized markets.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate automated trading systems optimized for decentralized exchanges and multiple blockchain environments.
Research and refine trading logic, execution methods, and risk frameworks to improve strategy robustness and performance.
Identify and evaluate new market behaviors and signals through structured testing, backtesting, and performance analysis.
Partner closely with quantitative researchers and traders to develop scalable, resilient DeFi trading solutions.
Monitor protocol upgrades, market innovations, and ecosystem trends to inform both short-term positioning and long-term strategy development.

What We’re Looking For

A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a comparable technical discipline.
Hands-on experience with DeFi trading strategies, gained through professional roles or personal trading activity.
Deep understanding of decentralized exchanges, protocol design, blockchain architecture, and smart contract risk considerations.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
Experience developing code to handle, analyze, and interpret large-scale data sets.
Solid software engineering skills, with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
