About the Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you will work with established, high-value clients across the US engineering space. Your focus will be on:

• Sourcing and qualifying high-quality candidates

• Managing the full candidate lifecycle from outreach to placement

• Partnering with internal Business Development Consultants who manage client relationships

• Developing deep expertise within a niche engineering market

• Using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market research to find top talent
