• {​{:}} Day to day delivery of data Services including WLR, SIP, MyInbound, Fax2Email, Geographical and Non-geographical Number Porting, International and Conference number provisioning services; ordering through to handover in line with our set pro

• esses. Owning the relationship between supplier and customer ensuring smooth implemen

• ation. Answer the phone within the agreed target time and as a minimum, meet any agreed personal call t
a
• rgets. Completion of all tasks and ensuring any handover is presented in plenty o
f
• time. Ongoing maintenance and response for any Provisioning Inbox q
u
• eries. Update the Provisioning Manager on any provisioning orders being escalated or potential
i
• ssues. Adhere and contribute to the company's quality system and processes, and their maint
e
• nance. Actively contribute to and promote the use of best practice and continual service improvement within the team including process changes and adj

• scales. A demonstrable ability to follow process and build a reassuring rapport with customers and colleagues as well as handle complaints in a professional
• manner. To quickly gather information from a customer/colleague, analyse and take responsibility with appropriate and timely action. Target focused with determination to always keep on top of all tasks and es
