Role: Delivery Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: Until 31 December 2025 (initial)

Rate: £810 per day (via Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a high-priority digital transformation programme focused on credit and capital management processes. This role will support a programme with the aim of simplifying, digitising, and automating the credit and lending journey while supporting the creation of a globally consistent credit and lending organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute portfolio roadmaps, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives.
Manage project scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budgets.
Build stakeholder engagement across business lines, operational teams, Risk, Finance, and Regulatory functions.
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, security, and control frameworks.
Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Monitor, report, and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies, driving benefits realisation.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, processes, and customer outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in credit, lending, or capital management within a banking or financial services environment.
Track record of leading large-scale transformation or change programmes across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive and C-level audiences.
Experience implementing governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Skilled in managing portfolio roadmaps, project plans, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
Hands-on experience in Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Ability to work collaboratively across business, IT, operational support, and regulatory teams.
Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills to deliver agreed outcomes under pressure.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
