We’re excited to announce that we are now looking to hire a Delivery Sector Director for our thriving Group Managed Services (GMS) organisation within Computacenter.
As a Delivery Sector Director (In-Life), you’ll be accountable for leading the delivery of contracted Run Services for a portfolio of accounts aligned to a sector.
You’ll contribute to the functional strategy whilst establishing sector-specific objectives and goals.
You’ll create leadership and followership by leading and managing teams of people, both directly and through matrix management, and will develop and motivate teams to ensure the delivery of both functional and business targets.
You’ll implement and operate an effective governance model to ensure that services are delivered to satisfy both the customer’s and Computacenter’s required outcomes, including, but not limited to, service levels, customer satisfaction, and financial targets, as well as driving positive change in pursuit of service excellence.
