Delivery Transformation Manager
Location: Hybrid – 3 days on-site with occasional travel
Type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: Competitive
VIQU has partnered with a global transport organisation to recruit a Delivery Transformation Manager for a high-profile transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead major operational and customer-facing change initiatives for an internationally recognised business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes within operational or customer-heavy environments
- Manage the implementation of IT systems and business change projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Oversee organisational change management including user adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation
- Conduct as-is/to-be analysis, supporting the planning, design, and delivery of end-to-end transformation
- Coordinate multiple delivery phases and manage trade-offs to ensure programme success
- Manage third-party suppliers and internal teams across all stages of delivery
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including VIPs, across the organisation
- Operate independently with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Key Requirements:
- Senior-level delivery experience within large-scale business change and transformation projects
- Strong track record in delivering operational and customer-facing initiatives
- Experience managing business-critical programmes with clear, demonstrable results
- Expertise in organisational change, user adoption strategies, and stakeholder management
- Able to manage multiple delivery streams and drive progress independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially at executive level
- Experience coordinating internal and external teams in complex environments
Desirable Skills:
- Background in the transport sector or fleet management (not essential)
- Experience working in regulated environments or public sector programmes
- Familiarity with enterprise-level change, including legacy system replacement
