The Role

We’re looking for results-driven Demand Generation Manager to fuel pipeline growth through targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with Sales, Product, and Content, you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that convert interest into qualified leads and revenue.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead across webinar execution, lead nurture, paid campaigns, and HubSpot operations. You’ll define the success metrics, optimise based on performance, and play a pivotal role in scaling our demand engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust demand generation strategy and campaign calendar
  • Plan and deliver high-impact webinars, including promotional and nurture flows
  • Design and manage lead nurture programmes that move prospects through the funnel
  • Own and optimise lead scoring and lifecycle stages in HubSpot for accurate handoffs to Sales
  • Collaborate with Content and Social to activate campaign assets across paid and owned channels
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform decision-making
  • Partner with Sales to ensure prompt and relevant lead follow-up and feedback loops
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in HubSpot architecture and marketing operations


What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years in a demand generation or performance marketing role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech-led environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign execution, automation, and reporting
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering lead generation campaigns that drive pipeline
  • Experience running webinars, lead nurture sequences, sponsored content and paid media
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable defining KPIs and turning insights into actions
  • Collaborative mindset – thrives in a cross-functional, agile team environment
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
