What To Expect
Tesla’s mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. The Residential Energy Demand Generation team in the region Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is core to this mission as we develop resources and lead programs to increase demand and ensure we and our partners hit installation targets.
Tesla is looking for a Demand Generation Manager based in Berlin, Amsterdam or London to drive growth of esidential energy products, e.g. Powerwall and Wall Connector, with a focus on Germany, the Netherlands or France, but also across the region. The candidate is also to support our channel sales teams, our Certified Installer partners and distributors with marketing activities. The scope also includes for example Tesla Energy web content and optimizations, email marketing as well as lead generation campaigns. The overall objective is to increase Tesla’s residential energy sales while also enabling our partners to grow their top lines. This role will report to the Demand Generation Programs Lead in EMEA and will work closely with different global teams.
To succeed, this candidate must be energetic, highly organized, data-driven, and have a keen eye for detail. They should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to create exceptional marketing and communication campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be a supportive member of the team. They should be comfortable working in ambiguity and have a strong ownership mentality.
You will be working with a variety of stakeholders globally including engineering, design, web development, copywriters, sales and legal teams ensuring you deliver to objectives and while creating impactful marketing and communications campaigns across the region.

What You'll Do
Work with the Marketing Programs Lead in Europe and other marketing team members to develop targeted strategies and execute activities that enable the Tesla Residential Energy channel sales teams and our partners to hit their sales targets, esp. in Germany, the Netherlands or France, but also across the region You are responsible for developing and executing Tesla Energy’s email marketing strategy across EMEA. This includes defining the topic calendar per country, ensuring adequate messaging, targeting, timely deployments and analysis of resultsYou will lead the development and optimization of Tesla Energy web content across EMEA with a focus on growing visitor volume and improving sales funnel KPIs from website visits all the way to Powerwall installs Work with our internal Design, Engineering, Sales and Content teams as well as external vendors to develop consistent and tailored localized messaging for different channels to increase Powerwall awareness and consideration understanding where our products fit in the market in different countries Prepare and run various marketing activities for new product, country or feature launches Source, negotiate and execute marketing partnerships to increase Tesla Energy awareness and generate leads
What You'll Bring
Proven experience developing and executing growth and marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and generating end customer leadsSkilled in CRM systems and multi-channel communications (email, in-app, push, SMS), with strong analytical abilities to optimize customer journeys Strong understanding of web content messaging, customer journeys and sales funnel KPIs Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional capability Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach and ability to lead projects independently Excellent communication skills in English and one additional language like German, French or DutchWillingness to travel (~20%), primarily in Europe, with occasional global trips
