A fast‑growing FMCG business is seeking a Demand Planner to join its expanding UK team. You'll play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, managing launches and promotions, and partnering with UK and global teams within a dynamic matrix structure.

Description

The Demand Planner role will report into the Demand Planning and be based in our clients modern central London offices. Key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and support the local S&OP process with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams following the monthly cadence.
Preparing and communicating final forecasts by products to supply teams.
Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing with regards to Planning and Forecasting
Synchronise commercial plans with demand plans.

Proactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions to mitigate impacts all the while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments.

Provide and analyse monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, bias.

Profile

The successful Demand Planner will be able to commute into central London 3 days PW and be able to demonstrate the following experience:

Current experience within a demand planning role.
Experience in food, drink, health and beauty or pharmaceutical industry sectors would be desirable
Strong Excel skills and strong understanding of forecasting processes
Experience of Futurmaster would be advantageous.
Comfortable working within a global/matrix environment
Strong communicator with a collaborative, detail‑focused approach

Job Offer

£45,000-£48,000 base salary

Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days office / 2 days home
