Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the daily organisation and operation of your section, ensuring that food is prepared to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes in accordance with the hotel’s standards and recipes
- Oversee your kitchen section, ensuring smooth operation and coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
- Adhere to all food hygiene regulations and instruct staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred
