Moet Hennessy UK Ltd is looking for a new Department Stores Intern to work with the UK Department Stores Team to assist in developing and executing specific retail projects whilst ensuring overall support in efficient and successful day to day work.
In this role you will be working very closely with both other functions within the business and externally with our customer partners within the Department Stores channel. These include but are not limited to; Marketing, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Customer Service, Communications & Culture, Central and external customer partners.

Brand Activations-

Job Responsibilities
Your mission will consist in supporting the Department Stores channel in;
Brand Activations-
- Supporting the Department Stores NAM in the execution and delivery of retail projects and experiences.
- Data Management both internal and external
- Assisting with updating and maintaining all brand activation trackers, budget and timelines.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of retail experiences/operations working in partnership with internal brand and trade marketing teams and external agencies.
- Developing strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to allow for smooth delivery during project executions.
- Acting as an Ambassador for the brands during any events/experiences.
- Working across all customer accounts to support the Department Stores NAM to drive sales and brand opportunities to achieve the annual channel targets.
- Managing orders and deliveries in collaboration with our Customer Service team.
- Preparing customer account specific forms
- Assisting in preparing sales meeting presentations and JBPs
- Liaising with Finance to manage sales trackers
- Liaising with Credit control to assist in solving invoicing issues.
- Liasing with Supply team to manage/update product SKUs
- Liaising with external customer contacts on Marketing Plans and adhoc requests.
- Building collaborative external relationships with customers across merchandising, commercial, marketing, regional and store teams.
Education:
- Degree level
- Previous work experience/internship in Sales/ Retail/ Marketing / Project Management or related fields
- Experience in the luxury goods industry welcome
- Experience in Wine & Spirits welcome
- Technical & management skills:
- Delivering projects to communicated deadlines
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
