verviewAs a Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. You'll help lead the team, support staff development, manage day-to-day operations, and promote a positive, inclusive c

This is a hands-on role, working actively across the rota on the floor, with designated time allocated to office-based responsib
ilities.
