Role Description

We are seeking a Deputy Manager for our store located in Glasgow at the Braehead Shopping Centre. In this full-time, on-site role, the Deputy Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The Deputy Manager will also assist in optimizing store performance, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Customer service expertise, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail sales, inventory management, and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and knowledge of relevant software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is highly desirable
