Deputy Manager Operations

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day success of our Operations department. You’ll work closely with your Line Manager to ensure the team meets its metrics, regulatory obligations, and service commitments — all while driving continuous improvement and delivering value to our stakeholders.

For this role, we are looking for a detail-driven professional with strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and experienced in operational support, back-office processes, or similar roles. You’ll be a confident communicator who builds strong relationships, tackles challenges with a proactive mindset, and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
