Deputy Manager – Exciting New Opportunity
Location: New Nursing & Dementia Home, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent
Salary: £50k per annum
Start Date: Summer 2025

We're now looking for a passionate and proactive Deputy Manager to support the commissioning Home Manager in the opening of our brand-new, 70-bed, purpose-built care home in Westgate-on-Sea. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the home's culture and contribute to establishing exceptional care standards from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Active NMC pin – Registered Nurse (RGN)
✅ Strong experience in a care home leadership role
✅ Solid knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
✅ A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
✅ Previous involvement in new service openings (ideal, not essential)
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Supporting the Commissioning Home Manager through all phases of the home’s launch
🔹 Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and development of the care team
🔹 Leading by example in delivering outstanding care and ensuring compliance
🔹 Helping create a safe, warm, and inclusive environment for residents and staff
🔹 Acting as a key point of leadership in the absence of the Home Manager
