Design Governance Specialist

We’re looking for someone with strong design expertise, technical knowledge, and a passion for digital transformation to support high-quality design outcomes and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide design standards, keep up with the latest advancements, and provide technical support to delivery teams.
Build strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and articulate solutions effectively.
Contribute to cutting-edge innovations, including drone and 3D scanning technology, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in telecom design.
Work closely with Design Assurance to identify risks, provide solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Solid telecom industry knowledge with an understanding of design processes and mobile network operator guidance.
5+ years of experience in telecoms engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft products.

Excellent communication & organizational skills to manage stakeholder expectations and project workflows.

A proactive mindset, adaptable to industry changes and new technologies.
