Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Manager located in Leeds. The Design Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of design projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, reviewing design deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing client relationships, and coordinating with various teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Leadership and project management skills
• Experience in architectural design and engineering
• Proficiency in design software such as Aconex, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Relevant experience in the infrastructure and property services sector is a plus
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
