At WHSmith Travel, we’re on the lookout for a passionate, driven leader to join us on this exciting new chapter of Travel. You’ll lead a portfolio of stores across multiple formats—including our Airports to Rail or your local Hospital across the UK.

London / Midlands / North West / South West Key Areas.

You will be driving performance, inspiring teams, and delivering operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop Multi-Site Store Managers / Stores to deliver exceptional results, driving commercial success and elevating customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance and customer experience across your district or Cluster.
• Champion a culture of coaching and development, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Use data to make smart decisions and influence positive change. Leading and coaching Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Embrace diversity, fostering inclusive environments where wellbeing is prioritised. Your Authenticity, Empathy, and integrity.
• Support future business growth by maintaining excellent relationships with landlords, ensuring open communication, clear expectations, and mutual respect.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in multi-site / area retail leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and people management skills.
• A passion for customer experience and operational excellence
• The ability to lead through change with confidence and clarity
• Excellent communication and coaching capabilities
