.The Rol

eWe are seeking a passionate and driven Designer with a fine jewellery background to join our Jewellery Design team at Austen and Blake. The role will require assisting in the design of multiple collections to be launched annually. The team has been newly established to elevate the brand’s jewellery design direction, requiring a thoughtful and purposeful approach to all designs alongside commercial understanding. This role is hybrid and based in London for three days per week, with travel required
