We’re looking for a proactive and experienced
Shift Manager to lead our Despatch, Stores and Packing operations at our Anwick site. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure smooth running of the department, hitting key KPIs, improving efficiency, and driving a strong safety and performance culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop team leaders across despatch, stores, and packing.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and stock is efficiently managed.
- Reduce waste, improve labour utilisation, and drive cost savings.
- Champion continuous improvement and lean practices.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and audit readiness.
What You’ll Bring
- Leadership experience in supply chain, despatch or FMCG environments.
- Knowledge of WMS/SAP systems (desirable).
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of improving operational performance and driving change.
