SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: Full-time, 36 hours per week. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in our Enderby office at least 3 days a week, with one on call weekend a quarter.

People systems are our ‘thing’. As part of the Next Technology - HR team, you'll be working with Oracle HCM, a system we've been refining for a number of years. You'll work with a team of HCM Developers to support the configuration of business requirements, deliver enhancements, and provide solutions to complex requests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing components into readable, workable code and configuration within our Oracle SaaS environment.
- Resolving issues within the Oracle Solution, demonstrating strong problem ownership
- Collaborating across squads to implement new features and sharing your knowledge of the Oracle Solution with the wider team.
- Applying your passion for continuous learning to new product features and emerging trends like AI.
- Providing content for training materials.
- Establishing a presence and representing Next on Oracle’s Customer Connect Portal.
About You:
You have a “can do” attitude, a desire to deliver excellent results, and the ability to self-motivate. You're hard-working, energetic, and results-focused.
You will have:
- Previous experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, including experience with Redwood and Visual Builder Studio.
- A keen interest in AI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to constructively challenge and probe to fully understand business needs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
- A strong attention to detail with a desire and ability to work accurately.
- Previous experience with Oracle Recruitment and/or Talent Management modules, or the desire to learn them, is preferred.
