About The Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Development Analyst to join our Development / Site Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to support the expansion of hyperscale data centre infrastructure across key global markets.
As a Development Analyst, you’ll play a key supporting role in the expansion of our hyperscale data centre footprint across key global markets. Sitting within the Development team, you’ll work closely with internal teams to help identify, evaluate, and acquire strategic markets and land parcels for new data centre developments. This role offers significant exposure to large-scale real estate projects and provides a strong foundation for long-term growth in digital infrastructure.

The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure delivery, from early-stage site sourcing and market research through to financial analysis, due diligence, and execution. You’ll support internal stakeholders by coordinating diligence inputs and tracking project progress.
Main Responsibilities
Research & Market Support
- Conduct market research to support site selection in target regions.
- Assisting with updating and researching map infrastructure (power and fibre), zoning, planning policy, and land ownership using internal tools and public sources.
- Track activity in key data centre markets and maintain deal pipeline records.
Site Evaluation & Due Diligence
- Assist in reviewing land opportunities, including initial screening for suitability (size, access, utilities, planning).
- Support due diligence processes across legal, technical, environmental, and commercial workstreams.
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams to collect and organize data.
Reporting
- Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and investment committee materials.
- Maintain up-to-date project trackers, risk registers, and status dashboards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with teams across Energy, Engineering, Legal, Planning, and Construction to gather inputs and support project development.
- Support document management and knowledge sharing across the development team.
- Help schedule and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Desired Experience And Skills
- Internship or work experience in real estate, development, investment, or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g. ESRI, Google Earth, or similar mapping platforms).
- Interest in digital infrastructure, sustainability, power infrastructure, or fibre connectivity.

Qualifications And Experience
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 year’s experience) with a background in Real Estate, Geography, Engineering, Finance, Planning, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data centres, real estate development, infrastructure, or digital technology.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial analysis.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across a range of projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
