Development Surveyor

We are looking for someone to join AspinallVerdi - Property Regeneration Consultants Birmingham office as a Development Surveyor.

We're looking to find a candidate who fits with our business ethos, has a strong attention to detail and is interested in working on a wide range of projects, gaining experience in a variety of services from valuation to agency. Maybe you're:

• completing a BSc or MSc in Real Estate or Planning & Development and looking for a graduate surveying role and to start working towards your RICS APC?
• currently working in the surveying industry and looking for a role that allows you to focus on the development sector?
• part way through a surveying degree and looking for a placement year?
• completing a degree in a related discipline, such as Geography or Economics, and want to apply that to the surveying and development industry?
