Role Overview
This role will include working within a wider Development team operating across the Midlands providing development consultancy advice to private and public sector clients. The role will involve regular engagement with the wider Savills business including agency, planning, valuation, building consultancy and Savills Earth.
You will be responsible for providing technical consultancy advice to clients and internal Savills teams on development schemes. This will include viability (both in connection with the formal planning application process but also at a strategic point in the development cycle) and valuation work. We are seeking someone with capability to manage a varied workload, who is confident, commercially focused and enjoys engaging with clients/colleagues.
