Jewellery Polisher / Finisher (Luxury Jewellery) Neve Jewels Group

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Jewellery Polisher to join our luxury jewellery workshop based in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role working predominantly with Platinum and Gold, ensuring exceptional finishes to the highest quality standards.

This role may suit professionals currently working as a Jewellery Polisher, Bench Jeweller, Goldsmith, Jewellery Finisher, or Manufacturing Jeweller.

Key Responsibilities

Precision polishing and finishing of fine jewellery using specialist tools and equipment
Working primarily with Platinum and Gold, with some Silver
Identifying and correcting surface imperfections using magnification and controlled lighting
Applying appropriate polishing techniques for different metals and finishes

Maintaining strict quality control standards to meet company and customer expectations

Working closely with setters, mounters, and other jewellery professionals within the workshop

About You

Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery polishing or a similar role within the jewellery industry
Experience working with precious metals (Gold and Platinum essential)
Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team
