Liverpool Women's Hospital

This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian to secure a Band 5 Dietetic post within Liverpool University Hospitals Foundation Trusts. The successful post holder will be working with adult patients within a very friendly, supportive and dynamic team at Liverpool Women’s Hospital. This post offers a unique opportunity to develop core clinical skills while contributing to specialist services in maternity, gynaecology, and oncology. We are looking for applications from dietitians with experience working in nutrition support with an interest in oncology, maternity and women’s health services.

The post covers a variety of both inpatient and outpatient work, as well as health promotion activities and education and training responsibilities for other health care professionals. You will be required to liaise with the wider integrated team, across both community and acute settings, as well as being an active member of the MDT within the acute trust. There will be the opportunity for continuous professional development (CPD) between Liverpool Women’s Hospital (LWH) & Liverpool University Hospital Groups.

As part of the role, you will be involved in regular audit and development projects, as well as student training. We are committed to being involved in all aspects of teaching and have regular teaching sessions throughout Liverpool Women’s Hospital.

The candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, a commitment to patient-centred care, and a willingness to engage in service innovation. You will be supported with structured supervision, access to CPD opportunities, and the chance to work within an experienced dietetic team that values collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

Whether you're a newly qualified dietitian or looking to expand your experience in clinical dietetics, we welcome applications from individuals who are motivated, compassionate, and eager to make a difference to the lives of women and their families.
