The Band 5 rotational role provides experience in a variety of settings across UHCW and may be placed within any of the services supported by UHCW Dietitians.
Provides a professional dietetic service for adults and paediatrics, across a range of general medical and surgical inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and the community at UHCW.
Assesses and treats own workload of patients / clients and maintains associated records, with support as necessary from Senior colleagues.
Liaises with dietetic colleagues and other members of hospital staff as necessary e.g. medical, nursing, catering and other health professionals.

- Carry out nutritional assessments (interpretation of biochemistry, anthropometrics, clinical condition and diet history) to determine nutritional problem.
