Role Description
The Digital Acquisition Lead at Allica Bank is responsible for scaling customer growth across digital channels for our Business Bank Account and Lending products. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and aggregators.
Working closely with a small offshore team and agency partners, you’ll bring strong analytical rigor, marketing instinct, and a bias for action—using data, automation, and AI to drive performance at scale.
Principal Accountabilities
Digital Acquisition Strategy
- Own the strategy for acquiring customers through paid media, SEO, affiliates, and aggregators.
- Plan and deliver acquisition initiatives that balance near-term results with long-term brand and growth goals.
Performance Marketing Execution
- Lead hands-on campaign execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other key channels.
- Optimise targeting, creative, budgets, and landing pages, supported by structured testing and iteration, with a test-and-learn mindset, designing and running structured experiments to improve results.
Data & Analysis
- Analyse campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Report clearly on KPIs, spend efficiency, and creative performance using Excel and internal tools.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage and develop a small remote team, fostering ownership and executional excellence.
- Oversee agency and partner performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and quality standards.
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Set up and optimise workflows and integrations using tools like HubSpot and Zapier.
- Use AI and automation to improve speed, scale, and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand, Product, Sales, Data, and Compliance to ensure aligned, compliant acquisition.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning and unify performance with brand-led growth.
Personal Attributes & Experience
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in digital acquisition or performance marketing, ideally within B2B or fintech.
- Hands-on across paid media, SEO, affiliates/aggregators, and funnel optimisation.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for modelling and campaign analysis.
- Confident in campaign setup, platform tools, and resolving technical issues.
- Experience managing teams and external partners.
- Familiar with HubSpot, Zapier, and basic no-code automation.
- Bonus: Exposure to Financial Promotions or regulated industries.
Mindset & Working Style
- Analytical and data-driven comfortable making decisions from performance metrics.
- Scrappy and self-starting able to work with speed, autonomy, and limited resources.
- Technically fluent able to use AI tools and automation to enhance team efficiency.
