📍 Hybrid – Faversham Head Office + regular travel to care homes

💷 £33,000 per annum

🕒 Full-time, 37 hours/week

Are you a people-focused tech champion with a background in care? Join us at Avante Care & Support and help frontline teams embrace digital tools like Nourish, Camascope, and PainChek to enhance the care we deliver.

You’ll:

• Design and deliver engaging digital training
• Support staff in feeling confident with new tech
• Help embed systems that make a real difference in care quality
