Job Overview

Support digital services throughout their lifecycle, supporting the project implementation, transition to service and ongoing maintenance & management.
Responsible for ensuring digital services are performing within operational parameters.
Involved in the collation of data and further coordination with System Administration staff to facilitate the correct set up of users on the relevant digital services.
Facilitate, train, coach and support end users of digital services, providing support on best practice throughout the project implementation and ensuring efficient ongoing utilisation of the system(s).
Responsible for supporting the implementation of digital systems across ABUHB ensuring that they meet the needs and relevant standards of the organisation.
Resolve issues directly relating to digital services.
Resolve day to day system issues.
To manage own workload and work independently using own initiative within standard operation procedures.
Main duties of the job
Work as part of a project team to plan and prepare for the implementation / upgrade of digital systems.
Responsible for ensuring digital services are performing within operational parameters.
