A leading charity working to remove language barriers for children and adults who use English as an Additional or Second Language.

About the Role

As they enter an ambitious new five-year strategy, they’re looking for a Digital Communications & Marketing Lead to take ownership of their digital channels and help amplify their impact at scale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role is perfect for a confident digital communicator who enjoys shaping content, driving engagement, and using data to drive improvements.

What You'll Do:

Own and develop the charity’s digital channels to maximise reach, engagement and conversion
Plan and deliver digital communications and marketing campaigns, including paid activity

Create compelling content (including video) for social, email and web

Manage and improve the charity’s website, user journeys and content structure

Use analytics and insight to optimise performance and inform decisions

Grow and segment email audiences through smarter targeting and automation

Act as a brand guardian across all digital outputs

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality digital products

What You'll Bring:

4+ years’ experience in a digital communications or digital marketing role
Confidence creating content across platforms, including visual and video (Canva / Adobe)
Strong experience with websites, CMS platforms, email marketing and analytics (Salesforce / Mailchimp)
Experience running paid digital campaigns and interpreting performance data
Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
A clear, engaging communication style, someone who can translate complex ideas into accessible content
Motivation and enjoyment of by purpose-led work
