We are working with an organisation that is seeking a talented Digital Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging digital content across website, newsletters, and social media channels. This role suits a digital expert with a strong editorial eye and a passion for user experience, analytics, and integrated communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the work of the external digital agency to manage and enhance the organisation’s website.
- Ensures excellent user journeys and accessibility for key audiences.
- Optimises website visibility through effective SEO strategies.
- Leads the development and distribution of digital newsletters.
- Curates and edits website content to maintain consistency in tone and usability.
- Creates engaging digital content including articles, web pages, and multimedia assets.
- Monitors and evaluates digital performance, recommending improvements.
- Collaborates on social media strategy to amplify communications.
- Supports and trains team members in digital best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years’ experience managing websites and digital content.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, UX, and digital communications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience integrating digital platforms into broader campaigns.
- Proven project management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with CRM systems and multimedia content creation.
- Ability to respond to fast-moving issues.
- Understanding of brand development and working within brand guidelines.
