We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Communications Officer to own and elevate digital channels for a global, design-led manufacturer supplying premium products into interiors, architecture and commercial environments.

This is a delivery-focused role, not a strategy-only post. You’ll be the UK’s digital owner, trusted to run channels end-to-end, work closely with EMEA colleagues, and continuously improve performance through insight and optimisation.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the full digital mix, including:

Websites & Platforms

• Managing and optimising multiple websites built on Magento and WordPress
• Leading ongoing enhancements, content updates, SEO improvements and UX best practice
• Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders on digital development projects

Digital Campaigns & Content

• Delivering multi-channel digital campaigns aligned to product launches and commercial priorities
• Creating and managing digital content including copy, visuals, video and campaign assets
• Owning social media editorial calendars across organic and paid channels

Email & Marketing Automation

• Planning and delivering email campaigns using HubSpot
• Improving segmentation, data quality and CRM-driven campaign performance
• Supporting marketing automation and customer journey optimisation

Paid Media, SEO & Analytics

• Managing Google Ads, PPC and paid social campaigns, including budgets and ROI
• Monitoring SEO and performance using SEMrush, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console
• Analysing user behaviour and performance data to drive continuous improvement

Collaboration & Stakeholders

• Working closely with Sales, Product, CAD teams and EMEA marketing colleagues

Systems & tools you’ll be using

You don’t need to have used everything, but you should be comfortable in this world:

• Web: Magento, WordPress or Squarespace
• Email / CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp, (Basic HTML)
• Analytics & UX: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar
• SEO / PPC: SEMrush, Google Ads, Search Console
• Social: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite or Loomly
• Design & Content: Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a hands-on digital communications or digital marketing role
• Strong website management experience including content, optimisation and SEO
• Confidence across paid media, email marketing and analytics
• A commercially minded digital professional who understands performance, not just activity
