As our Digital Content Manager, you’ll manage our digital communications so that we engage with our people and strengthen our reputation with customers and stakeholders.
Working with the Corporate Communications Leader, you’ll help develop and implement a digital communications plan that delivers exemplary content for NPL.
About You
A senior member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will work alongside the Corporate Communications Leader to plan and deliver NPL’s digital content. You will be responsible for creating, curating and assessing our content across our digital platforms to align with NPL’s communications goals and objectives. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining digital content strategies that work for specific audiences, aligned to NPL's goals and objectives and you will also be responsible for establishing and proactively managing a calendar for digital content to create short and long-term content campaigns for different digital channels. You will use your specialist knowledge and understanding in digital communications to guide and support colleagues across the organisation to ensure their work receives online engagement. You will be adept at using online platforms and tools to measure the success of digital content and report this back to the Corporate Communications Leader. Maintaining positive and constructive relationships and providing professional advice and expertise to continually develop, implement and review the organisation’s social media and email marketing strategies is crucial to this role and you will lead an exemplary digital content team to produce high quality, timely outputs.
