Digital Content & Strategy Manager

Plimsoll is looking for a DIGITAL CONTENT & STRATEGY MANAGER to work in our new and exciting division, Plimsoll Digital.

This is a senior role, and we are looking for someone who can develop and execute content strategies, manage channel growth, and create engaging video and digital content.

Role overview:

• Lead strategy, launch, and growth of YouTube and other digital platforms
• Create and oversee compelling video and social content from concept to publishing
• Use data and analytics to optimize content and audience engagement
• Identify new digital opportunities and emerging platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

What we’re looking for:

• Proven success growing YouTube channels or similar platforms
• Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and execution skills
• Data-driven with deep knowledge of SEO, YouTube algorithms, and analytics
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable at senior levels
• Experience managing projects and stakeholders
• Experience with brand and influencer partnerships
