37.5 hours per week | 8.30am – 5pm Mon-Fri | Marketing Team, Algernon Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne
To coordinate and execute digital marketing activity across email, social, website, and paid channels. The role supports campaign execution, optimises performance using data and testing, and shares insights to drive engagement and customer growth.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are to:
▪ Coordinate web content updates in line with campaigns, working with relevant teams to ensure a consistent and optimised digital presence
▪ Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and coordinate all creative assets and copy required across email, organic social, and performance marketing
▪ Maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the wider marketing team
▪ Align content with ecommerce goals, supporting new launches, promotions, and key seasonal moments
▪ Use A/B testing and analytics to continually optimise email subject lines, content, and overall campaign performance. Support SEO efforts and search trends
▪ Review and enhance automated email journeys, suggesting improvements to flow and content to boost engagement and conversion
▪ Execute email marketing campaigns to support doorstep customer acquisition and e-commerce priorities
▪ Write copy and schedule organic content across platforms, ensuring it is tailored to each channel
▪ Monitor and report on post-performance for multiple channels, using insights to inform future content and approach. Use data to recommend optimisations across email, social and digital content
▪ Work closely with the digital marketing agency to optimise campaign performance
▪ Take ownership of key actions and meeting notes, ensuring clear follow-up
▪ Manage and execute ads to support customer growth within doorstep The key skills for this role are:
