Digital Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team in
Derby.

What you'll be doing
As Digital Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the Project Digital Strategy including the following:
- Develop & implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) with associated documents,
- Ensure BIM enabled supply chain is procured,
- Manage the information management risks,
- Drive model based (3D) collaboration,
- Drive the design models governance protocol,
- Drive the information governance protocol,
- Manage and report the projects digital deliverables,
- Drive continuous improvement of Business Processes and Operating Practices.
- Perform the Information Manager role for RR Framework
- Improve project reporting
Who we're looking for
The Following Qualities/experience Are Essential
- BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng with an understanding and proven delivery of building managing multiple processes / schemes.
- Sound understanding of the latest industry guidelines for Digital project delivery such as BS and PAS particularly ISO19650.
- Experience of implementing BIM Standards and creating BIM Execution Plans
- Experience of using the Digital Software applications including Primary Authoring (i.e. Revit) and secondary (i.e. Solibri & Navisworks).
- Experience of clash detection and validating the models preferably using Solibri (3D).
- Some experience / understanding of Synchro or equivalent Software (4D).
- Experience of using the digital software for quantities take off (5D).
- Experience of delivering COBie assets requirements and bespoke custom properties (6D).
- Experience of models-based identification and management of Health & Safety risks in line with relevant standards.
- Experience of delivering and managing the project deliverables.
- Ideal but not essential to have a working knowledge of project CDE environment.
- Ability to train others.
- Mentors all variations of Digital Technicians and Digital Engineers
- Good communication skills with an ability to perform better under time pressure.
- Experience of working collaboratively in either a consultant or contractor environment
- Presentation and meeting organisation / leading coordination sessions
- Valid CSCS card
- Security clearance meeting the project SAL requirements.
