About The Role
We are looking for an activation champion, with strong interest and abilities across programmatic, search and social; to manage standards, platform strategy, quality and output across five global activation hubs (EMEA, CEE, LATAM, APAC & AMET).
The digital operations director will be required to develop operational excellence across digital disciplines, and be a personal embodiment of how they expect the team to show up. This role flexes between detailed conversation on media platforms and activation strategy through to creation of guidance and playbooks to drive best practice delivery – and is well suited to those curious about the detail.
You will have strong relationships with our major digital media and technology partners to ensure we are sharing best practice and play a key role in positioning Opella internally (and externally) as a brand at the forefront of the industry.
The Digital Director Will Be
Energetic. Opella move at lightening pace and you will be required to juggle multiple tasks, you will be expected to show up with positivity and enthusiasm.
Passionate. The Digital Operations Director needs to be passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and not afraid to challenge concepts to achieve excellence.
Curious. The digital landscape moves quick, the Digital Director needs to be inquisitive and curious, keeping clients up to date and providing a point of view on key topics.
Proactive. The right candidate will be a go getter and not someone who waits to be asked. Seeking new opportunities and relationships that translate to action.
Visionary. We are entrusted with designing and evolving Opella’s media approaches. You will be expected to not settle with best in class but challenge conventions.
Integrity. We need someone who has integrity and grit, able to inspire, influence and manage experienced stakeholders in a calm and measured manner.

Flexible Working

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
