You’ll lead the creation of engaging digital learning experiences that support our people and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of Digital Learning Consultants
• Oversee and project manage the design and development of digital learning content across I&F
• Create compelling, high-quality learning experiences using modern digital tools
• Act as a subject matter expert in instructional design and blended learning
• Collaborate with L&D Partners to support curriculum development
• Manage Bupa Learn administration and troubleshooting
• Maintain and improve digital learning workspaces
• Implement evaluation strategies to measure learning impact
• Represent I&F Learning in discussions with People Tech and Group Digital Learning teams
• Support continuous development of your team through coaching and training

What We’re Looking For

• Has experience designing digital learning in a global, matrixed organisation
• Has led teams and delivered successful digital learning programmes
• Is confident using instructional design frameworks and digital authoring tools
• Can create storyboards and asynchronous e-learning content
• Understands adult learning theory and pedagogy
• Communicates complex ideas clearly and creatively
• Is passionate about learning and curious about new trends
• Is digitally savvy and up to date with the latest learning technologies and is an expert in their use
• Has strong project and program management skills
• Has strong stakeholder engagement and time management skills
