Purpose
At ACT, we are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will support the execution of digital campaigns that build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and improve online performance.
You’ll work across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, managing paid ads and optimising digital content. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, experimenting with creative ideas, and continuously improving outcomes. You’ll also contribute to wider marketing activities such as events, PR, print and email, and help keep our website updated and effective.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related subject, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years in a digital marketing role, ideally including hands-on experience with paid ads and content creation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Comfortable creating reports and drawing insights from digital metrics.
- A confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage time and priorities independently.
- Creative and enthusiastic, with a desire to learn and improve.
- A team player who brings energy and positivity to collaborative work.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Advertising
- Set up, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Testing & Optimisation
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages, analyse results, and use insights to refine campaign performance.
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators such as clicks, leads, conversions, and cost-per-lead. Provide regular reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
Content Creation Support
- Create or help create compelling content for digital campaigns, including ad copy, basic graphics, and short-form video.
Website Maintenance
- Help update and improve the website, ensuring it’s user-friendly, aligned with SEO best practices, and accurately reflects current campaigns.
Cross-Channel Support
- Support broader marketing activity such as email campaigns, PR, events, and printed collateral.
Brand Stewardship
- Ensure all digital outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to marketing goals.
Collaboration & Ownership
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders, taking ownership of assigned tasks and being ready to step in and help where needed.
Learning & Innovation
- Stay current with trends in digital marketing and suggest new ideas or tools to enhance performance.
