About the Role
Beyond Law Group is looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join it's dynamic, award-winning marketing team. While the primary focus of this role is visual content creation - including video, photography, and graphic design – you’ll also have the opportunity to support across a variety of wider marketing activities such as events and campaigns.
You’ll play a key part in bringing our brand to life through engaging visual storytelling, from concept to final output, while also contributing to the broader goals of the marketing department as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Photography & Videography)
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video and photography for campaigns, events, internal communications and social media
- Ensure all visual content reflects brand guidelines and messaging
- Set up and manage equipment (lighting, audio, cameras) both on location and in studio
Podcast Production
- Assist in recording and editing audio and video podcast content
- Maintain professional production standards (editing, sound mixing, formatting)
Graphic & Digital Design
- Create compelling designs for brochures, social media, merchandise, digital ads, and presentations
- Develop visuals for internal and external campaigns, maintaining brand consistency
Post-Production & Editing
- Edit visual content for a variety of platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, etc.)
- Add titles, subtitles, motion graphics, and transitions
- Maintain an organised archive of content and assets
Wider Marketing Support
- Support the delivery of marketing initiatives such as campaign launches, events, thought leadership content and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with the team to adapt content for different formats and channels
- Contribute creative ideas and input to campaigns and planning sessions
About You
Essential Skills:
- Strong proficiency in editing software such as CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability in filming and photography, with a focus on storytelling and technical quality
- Graphic design experience across digital and print
- Familiarity with podcast production tools and processes
- Solid understanding of design, branding and digital content trends
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Bonus Skills:
- Animation or motion design (e.g., After Effects)
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and digital strategy
- Hands-on experience with professional photo/video/audio equipment
