Digital Marketing Executive

Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive @ Leading D2C Brand

Location: South West London (2 days in the office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading consumer brand as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, playing a pivotal role in delivering multi-channel campaigns, managing agency relationships, and shaping digital growth. You’ll be joining an close-knit team with a collaborative, family feel culture.

You’ll be a creative, hands-on marketer with experience across content, social, and performance channels, comfortable managing multiple projects and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support multi-channel brand campaigns in partnership with agencies and the Head of Marketing
• Manage agencies across PR, influencer, brand, and performance media
• Drive social media growth, with content creation, briefing external designers, and collaborating with internal teams
• Manage email marketing, including content calendars and campaign reporting
• Support and mentor junior team members

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong background in multi-channel campaign management and content creation
• Proven ability to manage agency partners and deliver results across multiple channels
• Experience with social media growth (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
• Knowledge of email marketing tools, Google Analytics, and reporting
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities
• MOST important: enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to mentor others
