We’re looking for a Programmatic & Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic Programmatic team. This is your opportunty to take an early step in your career journey, shaping how millions of travellers discover and engage with our brands globally.

Your day to day

No two days will be the same. You’ll be at the centre of campaign delivery, managing the full journey from planning and setup to optimisation and reporting. Working with colleagues across Europe and IMEA, and collaborating with agency partners, you’ll make sure our campaigns cut through the noise and deliver real business results. You’ll also:

Run and optimise programmatic and paid media campaigns across multiple regions.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
Shape smart audience strategies and targeting approaches.
Share your expertise with marketing teams, championing best practice.
Keep IHG ahead of the curve by spotting and applying the latest digital trends.

What We Need From You

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent work experience).
An understanding of trafficking and campaign setup (DCM/Campaign Manager).
Experience with DV360 or similar DSP platforms.
Confident communicator able to influence and manage stakeholders, suppliers and agencies
Analytical mindset with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
