Practicus is on an ambitious growth journey — and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to help us take our outbound marketing to the next level.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own our digital marketing strategy, generate high-quality leads, and directly contribute to revenue growth. Reporting to our new Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of marketing at Practicus.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
Creating engaging content for our key sectors (blogs, whitepapers, salary guides, insights)
Managing multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, PPC, SEO, and events
Using our new Bullhorn CRM to track and optimise lead pipelines
Working closely with the sales team to build target lists and deliver a consistent flow of opportunities
Championing modern, data-driven B2B marketing approaches across the business

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of B2B digital marketing experience (recruitment/professional services a plus)
Proven track record in lead generation and delivering measurable revenue impact
Strong content creation and campaign management skills
Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and engage with C-suite audiences
Experience with CRM systems (Bullhorn highly desirable) and LinkedIn campaign management
A proactive, commercially minded self-starter who thrives on making things happen
