This is an excellent opportunity to join the Marketing team and to play a pivotal role in planning and executing highly effective digital marketing strategies aimed at driving ticket sales, app awareness and downloads, customer retention and engagement and ultimately revenue growth.
You will work with the Head of Marketing and the Senior Campaigns Manager as well as wider team to ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and thorough analysis of campaign data and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Campaigns Manager in managing digital budgets and coordinating with agencies and internal teams.
- Optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain the digital marketing roadmap, driving strategic improvements with key stakeholders.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance across platforms like GA4, Branch, and social media.
- Create briefs, manage digital assets, and stay updated on best practices, trends, and compliance.
In order to be considered for this role you must:
- That you have proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns
- That you have experience in managing marketing budgets and making data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively and maximize ROI.
- That you have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional including design, content and product as well as worth with external agencies.
- That you have strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- That you have experience in performance tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
- That you have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
