Alongside our physical spaces sits Revolving Spaces — our proprietary tech platform helping landlords list, manage, and monetise flexible retail space. We’re now entering an exciting growth phase: expanding across the UK and internationally, scaling our software, and elevating our brand. That’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager with a strong background in luxury or design-led fashion. You’ll shape and lead a new era of brand and marketing strategy across our activations, ecommerce, and B2B platform. Ideal for someone coming from a luxury fashion background who’s ready to take ownership, scale a brand, and drive tangible results.

You’ll be a sharp thinker and a strong executor — someone who understands what it takes to elevate brand perception and drive results. This role spans both creative brand development and hands-on digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Refine LDC’s brand identity and tone across all platforms and audiences
• Build storytelling frameworks that elevate perception and drive recognition
• Lead creative concepting across campaigns, content, and activations

Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Own the marketing roadmap and KPIs, with a focus on data-driven growth
• Plan and execute campaigns across ecommerce, digital, social, and B2B
• Build high-performing funnels, email workflows, and automation flows

Content & Community

• Lead content creation with premium storytelling across social, email, blog, and campaigns
• Grow and nurture a brand-first community, spanning designers, shoppers, and landlords
• Develop influencer, partnership, and press strategies to expand reach

Ecommerce & Digital

• Own the online store marketing strategy, working closely with ecommerce and tech teams
• Optimise CRO, retention, and CLTV through smart UX and email marketing
• Support seasonal activations with strong, conversion-led content

B2B & Thought Leadership

• Create targeted materials and content to support landlord and property partner engagement
• Drive visibility in the property, retail tech, and innovation sectors

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in marketing within luxury fashion, design-led retail, or premium ecommerce
• Experience at premium, luxury fashion retailers
• Strong campaign and brand-building experience — from ideation to execution
• Comfortable with both DTC and B2B marketing — and balancing both worlds
• Highly visual and creative, but also analytical and ROI-focused
• Shopify experience and email platform knowledge (Klaviyo, etc.) ideal
• Confident in fast-paced environments and happy to work cross-functionally
