Digital Marketing Manager

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager @ UK Transport Brand

Location: London (3 days in office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major UK transport and customer services organisation undergoing a renewed marketing transformation. The role has ownership of the full digital marketing strategy and direct line management of the eCRM Manager.

You’ll define the digital roadmap, lead multi-channel campaigns, drive customer acquisition and retention, and elevate how digital, CRM and analytics fuel commercial growth. This is a high-visibility position with a blend of hands-on execution, stakeholder leadership, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue
• Lead the eCRM strategy, focusing on segmentation, lifecycle management and personalisation
• Line manage and coach the eCRM Manager, setting clear objectives and supporting career development
• Plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Oversee analytics and performance reporting (ROAS, CPA, ROI, CTR, conversion) and turn insights into action
• Create, brief and manage digital campaign assets

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience in digital marketing across paid, owned and organic channels
• Deep understanding of eCRM, customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on capability across analytics, targeting, personalisation and optimisation
• Proven ability to deliver commercial results and manage digital budgets
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
