Digital Media Executive

Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Digital Media Executive to lead digital channels and content delivery for a national membership body operating at the intersection of industry, sustainability and public policy.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering engaging digital content across web, social and multimedia platforms, strengthening member engagement and supporting high-profile sector activity including campaigns and events.

Central London based, 2 days in office, 3 from home

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage digital channels including website, member platforms, LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring consistent, high-quality content delivery
Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across social, email and paid media to drive member engagement and sector impact
Design and produce compelling visual, written and video content aligned to brand guidelines
Optimise content for SEO, accessibility and user experience to maximise reach and engagement
Track and analyse performance data to continually improve digital effectiveness

Support the promotion and delivery of flagship member events, conferences and webinars

Manage relationships with external agencies, designers and freelancers as required

Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing digital channels in a membership body, charity, association or similarly stakeholder-led organisation
Strong hands-on capability producing high-quality digital, visual and multimedia content
Confident user of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar)
Experience delivering digital campaigns across social, email and paid channels, with a solid understanding of SEO and audience optimisation
Comfortable working with content management systems and digital publishing tools
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and performance dashboards
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator who works well across teams, members and senior stakeholders
Creative, proactive and collaborative, with the resilience to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
