Digital Optimisation Consultant – 12 Month FTC
About the role:
At NFU Mutual, we’re on a journey to transform the digital experience for our customers. We're looking for a passionate and driven Digital Optimisation Consultant to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract to help deliver an ambitious website optimisation roadmap and develop high-performing digital experiences across our online platforms.
As a key member of our Digital Optimisation team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive performance, improve customer journeys, and deliver measurable ROI on digital initiatives. From shaping the optimisation roadmap to implementing data-driven changes on our websites, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our platforms exceed expectations for both users and the business. You’ll partner with the Digital Optimisation Lead, to shape and deliver the optimisation roadmap, focused on enhancing sales, service, and claims journeys. You will support the delivery of website development projects that align with business goals—on time, on budget, and to regulatory standards, using insights from internal and external data to analyse digital customer journeys and drive continuous optimisation.
You will manage and update content through our Content Management System (CMS), including testing and reporting to ensure performance against KPIs. You’ll troubleshoot website issues and work with third-party suppliers to implement effective solutions. You’ll support the delivery of digital campaigns in collaboration with agencies and the marketing team, ensuring all releases and website content meet accessibility, compliance, and security standards.
