Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Digital Producer to lead TG’s web builds in London. This is a pivotal role in shaping how TG delivers digital value to clients—balancing campaign activations, platform builds, and emerging tools that enhance our creative and commercial impact. You’ll sit across every phase of delivery from scoping and feasibility to deployment while championing a culture of efficiency, innovation and technical excellence.
As a Digital Producer you will…
- Lead product and platform delivery: Own the vision and execution for digital builds—from microsites to full-scale platforms and membership tools.
- Scope and manage digital projects: Oversee budgets, timelines and outputs across concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery.
- Guide technical feasibility and architecture: Select and implement the right tools and stacks for the job—whether that’s Webflow, Bubble, WordPress or custom stacks.
- Work with global delivery teams: Confidently lead delivery with offshore developers, designers, and QA resources, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
- Identify and onboard contractors: Proactively source and manage freelance or contract support to meet delivery needs and project timelines.
- Pitch technology solutions: Build and present clear, compelling proposals and decks that sell in tech-led solutions and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support campaign tech delivery: Oversee tagging, tracking, and ad tech implementation to ensure data, creative and media work in sync.
- Collaborate across the business: Translate creative ideas into clear technical requirements and delivery plans; act as the link between vision and execution.
- Coach and lead the tech team: Mentor a small, nimble team focused on continuous improvement and skills development in low-code, AI, and modern delivery methods.
- Refine digital processes and QA: Document and improve delivery workflows to keep standards high and turnaround time fast.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and digital design: To ensure best practices and user-centric, conversion-focused builds.
You have…
- Proven experience leading digital product and platform delivery in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on skills with low-code/no-code tools (Webflow, Bubble, Zapier) and strong technical judgment across a range of stacks and tools.
- A confident grasp of ad tech, analytics, and campaign tagging workflows.
- Experience working with offshore teams and sourcing contractors to flex delivery capacity.
- The ability to translate technical ideas into compelling decks and pitch-winning presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to bridge creative ambition with technical delivery.
- A strategic mindset, a sharp eye for execution, and a desire to keep pushing what digital can do.
